EMM175 Low-Cost Buoy
YSI's EMM175 Buoy is an affordable buoy ideal for monitoring around dredge, construction, or other short-term project sites. In these applications, the buoy will be unaffected by chemicals, solvents, or fuel.
Coupled with a telemetry module, the buoy provides a low maintenance, reliable water quality monitoring system. The EMM175 supports a single water quality instrument and has a buoyancy weight of 175 lbs.
- High-impact resistance, even in sub-zero temperatures
- Injected with 2 lb. density polyurethane foam that exceeds stringent requirements of U.S. Coast Guard
- Turbidity and oxygen monitoring
- GPS interface optional
